Horizons Quartet

The Horizons Quartet will present a chamber music concert featuring the repertoire for string quartet. Born from encounters between musicians who share the pleasure of playing together and introducing audiences to this iconic ensemble, the group explores different styles and periods of the repertoire.

The program will blend well-known classical pieces with music from the Nordic folk repertoire. Through these varied works, the musicians aim to share different facets of string quartet music, bridging classical tradition and popular influences.

A simple and friendly musical moment, lasting approximately one hour, open to all. Free entry, donations welcome.

Sunday, May 17, 2026 - Songs and prayers with the Gloria Cana group

Gloria Cana is a prayer group in the diocese of Belfort-Montbéliard that is part of the Charismatic Renewal movement. It offers a weekly vigil of praise and intercession, open to all.

This statue, named Our Lady of Tenderness, spent about an hour in the chapel. This is not surprising, as it is intended to visit places of worship. Around twenty copies of it travel the world.

In 2013, Pope Francis instituted a world day bearing his name, aimed at placing the poorest at the heart of the attention of the universal Church.

The name Our Lady of Tenderness emphasizes the maternal and benevolent dimension of the Virgin Mary.

Thursday, May 14, 2026: Ascension Day

In front of about sixty people, Father Joseph Goepfert celebrated the solemnity of the Ascension with the help of the choir which, in tune with the officiant, communicated its warmth and enthusiasm to the whole assembly.

As part of the Sunday prayers, on May 10, 2026, the association had the joy of welcoming, at 3:00 p.m., the Sundgau worshippers of Mont Sainte-Odile.
The adoration of the Blessed Sacrament brought together around forty faithful, led by Father Olivier Peyrat and Father Sylvère Gschwend.

Prayer for Peace

Our Lady, Queen of Peace, we come to you with complete confidence to implore your intercession. You bore the King of Heaven; remember, Virgin Mary, this grace and implore divine grace when the world lives under the threat of war. Pray to the King of Peace that he may guide sovereigns and heads of state and establish peace among all peoples. Our Lady of Bellefontaine, protect our country so that we may always enjoy peace. Queen of Peace, pray for us.

Feast of the Assumption - August 15, 2025

Around one hundred people attended this traditional pilgrimage. Father Roger Koenig celebrated the service, and the choir from the parish communities of Saint Eloi du Val de Traubach and Sainte Marie du Pays de Montreux gave a beautiful performance (video).

May 27, 2025 - Rogation Days in Reppe to Bellefontaine

Rogation Days are intercessory prayers accompanied by processions that generally take place during the three days preceding Ascension Day in the Catholic tradition. They consist of asking God to bless and make fruitful the harvests of the fields. Instituted in the 5th century, and having fallen into disuse in the 20th century, they are gradually being rediscovered in rural areas.
